Home watch involves visually observing a residence and its surroundings to detect any irregularities. A comprehensive examination of both the interior and exterior will be conducted on a weekly, biweekly, or triweekly basis, accompanied by a detailed report containing photos sent directly to you. A sample checklist is on the education tab but rest assured that a personalized checklist will be tailored to address the unique needs of your home. Recognize that an unoccupied home is vulnerable, and our service can serve as a crucial safeguard, potentially catching damage before it becomes a possible disaster.

Do you have a house or condo that you rent out? Let us be your local manager.  We can walk through the home before a new renter arrives to ensure that everything appears to be in shape.  Our services can include overseeing cleaning, pool maintenance, and landscaping to ensure they meet expected standards.    We can make sure nothing has been damaged or broken, change door codes, respond to issues, prep for storms, and do a post storm assessment. We can even meet a renter at the home if you would like to provide a personal touch. 

We offer a secure key and code holding service, each item marked only with a unique code for added confidentiality. Whether you require a delivery to be accepted, a package brought inside, a security check, or assistance in letting a contractor or unexpected guest into your home, we've got you covered. Our services are available at an hourly rate per trip. In the event that services are needed during off-business hours or with less than 24 hours' notice, an emergency rate may be applied. Your convenience and security are our top priorities.

Are you in the process of constructing a new home? Are you unable to be present on-site but want to keep tabs on the property's progress? Whether you need to assess the work of a contractor or simply want to visually check on your home, we've got you covered. Our team can visit your property to capture photos or videos, providing you with firsthand insights.  Trust us to verify that other contractors or service providers are aligned with your best interests. Receive regular updates through pictures showcasing completed work, the status of your new build, or the overall progress within the community.

If you will be traveling for a short period of time, We can care for your pets while providing home services. We can bring in the mail, take out the trash, water the plants, feed the fish, pick up packages, and provide many other home services while we are there. We can also prepare the home for your return.   

We can help prepare your home for your arrival or departure. We will make sure that everything is working properly and nothing needs to be repaired. We can set up or store your lanai  furniture and other items on your property. We can even stock the refrigerator, prepare the bar, pick up flowers or anything else needed. We can coordinate any service that we don't provide for you.

We can visit your residence prior to storms to secure potential projectiles. We can close permanently attached storm shutters or coordinate the installation of removable panels. While post-storm checks are conducted, they differ from full home watch walkthroughs. You will receive photos of the property and any damage that is visible.  

We can stock your refrigerator, pick up wine, flowers, prescriptions, dry cleaning, or any other errands that you need completed before your arrival. Additionally, we can take care of your automobiles by driving them to keep the batteries charged, arranging for servicing or detailing. We can also ensure a charger is maintaining your golf cart batteries. 

We provide a range of additional home services, including assistance with light chores and running errands. Our services can encompass tasks such as changing smoke detector batteries, furnace filters, refrigerator filters, or light bulbs. Additionally, we offer basic pool and equipment checks, bug or weed spraying, and even airport transportation.
