In 2023, I, Kelly Palko, established Coastal Life Home Services LLC, building on my rich personal and professional experience as well as my customer service training and mentorship. My journey began with house and pet sitting, along with assisting with various tasks in people's homes. I even served as a caretaker, residing at a residence for six months. My passion lies in helping others with tasks they may lack time for or need assistance completing, bringing a sense of purpose to my work.
With a background spanning 12 years in the security and safety field, I honed my attention to detail, investigating skills, and operational awareness. Subsequently, I transitioned to a managerial role in a prominent home improvement corporation, dedicating 21 years to mastering customer service, home care, repairs, product knowledge, and the importance of having the right tools for any job.
My immersion in home construction and remodeling dates back to childhood, where my father involved me in tasks such as assisting with a concrete foundation at the age of five. This early exposure fueled my ongoing interest, as I continued to contribute to my parents' home remodeling endeavors and later undertook the gutting and remodeling of my own home.
Combining my work ethic with a wealth of experience, I graduated from the Home Watch Academy and founded Coastal Life Home Services LLC. I derive immense satisfaction from maintaining my largest investment and I am committed to caring for your home with an even greater level of attention and dedication.
