Our walkthroughs are extremely thorough while checking both inside and outside making certain that everything is as it should be. We test the humidity and temperature to ensure that the HVAC system is functioning appropriately. We look for any damage, leaks, pests, insect infiltration, attempted break-ins, and other obvious issues which can happen in unoccupied homes. We will make you immediately aware of any problems or concerns we see with a report and pictures sent directly to you. We can help coordinate repairs if needed and with our Key holder service we can meet repair contractors at the property.
Our snowbird services can assist with start up or shut down of the home. We can ensure automobiles and golf carts stay charged. We can stock the refrigerator, fill the wine cabinet, or anything else that will allow you to start enjoying your coastal life. We can do errands, light chores, assist with storm prep and provide post storm checks. We can feed the fish, water plants, collect mail, bring in packages, and take out the trash.
